We currently have six open positions at Bandwagon:

1. Produce Sales Manager (Click here to learn more and apply for the Sales Manager position)

   • The Produce Sales Manager owns the entire sales process from start to finish: sourcing new leads, contact and follow-up, through closing and is responsible for individual accounts sales and gross profit.​ Such a person should have knowledge of the USDA grading and conditioning requirements, seasonal growing trends, and the various pain points and customer needs in the produce industry. An ideal Sales Manager will have at least 5 years of experience in wholesale produce/retail/foodservice with an established customer base.

2. Assistant Produce Buyer (Click here to learn more and apply for the Assistant Produce Buyer position)

   • The Assistant Produce Buyer assists with the procurement, selection and purchase of produce and specialty items for sale while maintaining optimal inventory levels to fulfill customer demand and expected service levels. We are seeking someone who can locate supply sources, develop grower relationships, and negotiate pricing. The Assistant Produce Buyer should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sourcing and purchasing wholesale produce.

3. Shipping and Sales Coordinator (Click here to learn more and apply for the Shipping and Sales Coordinator position)

   • The Shipping and Sales Coordinator contributes to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders. They do so by logging orders, creating bill of ladings, communicating customers order information, booking air freight, creating tender sheets, and more. This person interacts directly with various teams, including warehouse operations, the sales team, customers and freight forwarders.

4. ​Warehouse Dispatcher / Assistant Manager (Click here to learn more and apply for the Warehouse Dispatcher / Assistant Manager position)

   • The ​Warehouse Dispatcher / Assistant Manager interacts with warehouse operations, buyers, sales team, receivers and vendors to locate and secure quality products to fulfill daily orders and dispatch company drivers to pick-up and return those orders safely to our facility in a company vehicle. ​

   • ​The Warehouse Operator/Order Selector works with warehouse management, receivers and other warehouse operators to select, prepare, stage and palletize orders. ​

6.  ​Produce Driver (Click here to learn more and apply for the ​Produce Driver position)

   • The ​Produce Driver works with warehouse operations, buyers, sales team, receivers and vendors to locate and secure quality products and return them to our facility in a company vehicle.
