As the Shipping and Sales Coordinator, you will interact with warehouse operations, the sales team, customers and freight forwarder to contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders. 
 

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with an established work ethic, produce environment background, and a desire to flourish and grow with the company. You will work from our office in Los Angeles, CA.

As the Shipping and Sales Coordinator, you will:

• Entry and ship orders in Produce Pro

• Create backorders

• Create Bill of Ladings

• Communicate customer final order information

• Follow item specific shipping guidelines (certificates, phytos & other agriculture rules)

• Book air freight and create tender sheets

• Track Air shipments

• Match, print, check & file previous orders

• Accept, ship & invoice within Itrade

• Assist with processing and reconciliation of AR/AP

• Answer phone calls

• Collect and review vendor food safety information
